Cancellation and payment policy groups
- Free cancellation of the entire reservation is possible up to 8 weeks before arrival.
- Up to 48 hours before arrival, a maximum of 2 rooms can be cancelled free of charge.
- We request a deposit of 50% of the total amount 7 weeks before arrival.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 week before arrival.
Cancellation and payment policy meetings & events
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before the reserved date. Changes to the number of reserved guests are possible up to 5 working days before the start of the event. Up to 10% of the originally reserved number can be cancelled free of charge. In case of cancellation after this period, we are obliged to charge 60% of the total reservation value.
For full cancellation within 48 hours before the start or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
